TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Recruit Intel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Recruit Intel provides college football recruiting intelligence including player rankings, offer tracking, transfer portal monitoring, and school analytics. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Services

Premium and coaching staff subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Platform. Automated access beyond normal browser usage is prohibited without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All ratings, scores, methodologies, and proprietary analytics on the Platform are the intellectual property of Recruit Intel. Player data aggregated from public sources remains in the public domain.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recruit Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
